spacious room regular housekeeping missing help unskilled staff
the room was spacious. it had regular housekeeping and overall cleanliness was good. the staff were polite. they were always ready to help with requests.
three gentlemen were standing outside, but no one helped me with my suitcase. the front desk team should be more skilled on how to get information without asking so many questions.
